Introduction
The Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policies are an important statement to you as a user of ZenSSH. By using ZenSSH services, you agree to all the terms and policies we have established.
The services provided are for individual use. By using ZenSSH services, you agree to comply with all established service policies. You must cancel your account if you do not agree with ZenSSH's service policies.
Users of ZenSSH services must accept the Terms and Service Policies outlined below:
- You agree to hold us harmless from any violations made by you or any third party on your behalf.
- Any violation of the Terms of Service requires the user to rectify it as soon as possible, within a maximum of one day, or the agreement may be terminated.
- Termination of the agreement will also cancel your service. All account service data will be deleted or suspended, and there will be no refunds for suspended services due to policy violations.
General Policy Requirements
The services provided are for individual use. All Terms of Service apply to your entire account. All use of the service must comply with the established policies. Any violation of the Terms of Service by someone using your account will be considered your violation. You are fully responsible for all violations originating from your account.

Violations of service policies are your responsibility. Any action for a violation of the Terms of Service must be rectified or addressed immediately.
#Guarantee
The services provided by ZenSSH do not guarantee to be free from errors or faults during use. Any issues will be promptly addressed by ZenSSH.
#Confidentiality
ZenSSH guarantees that your account information will never be shared with others (third parties) without your consent and confirmation.
Service Usage Policies
By using the service, you agree to the Terms of Service set forth in the following usage policies:
- All services received have been understood and accepted as is. ZenSSH does not provide configuration assistance or usage guidance for any item.
- Connection restrictions are limited to a maximum of 2 devices on regular accounts (if using an STB, it can only be used with one STB and one standard device like Android/iOS or Windows apps). 'Always On' services allow up to 3 devices to connect simultaneously.
- Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities that affect other users' experiences, such as DDoS attacks, spamming, torrenting, hacking, mining, or any harmful actions.
- Users are prohibited from excessively using services for activities like continuous downloading and uploading (unreasonable bandwidth usage).
- Users are prohibited from sharing service information with others (including host/IP/username/password/UUID).
- Users are not allowed to use services for business activities such as RT RW Net, Public Free Internet, Internet Cafes, Coffee Shops, or other bandwidth-intensive activities.
- Purchased services cannot be refunded back to cash or balance after 2 hours of purchase due to buyer errors (in this case, refunds are only possible to account balance, not cash).
- Violations will be evaluated for tolerance. For intolerable violations, ZenSSH has the right to suspend the main account without any refund. All active services will be permanently deactivated and removed.

Changes
ZenSSH reserves the right to change any aspect of the established Terms of Service. By using the service, you agree to the existing policies. If you do not agree, you must notify us to cancel your account.
